Since our founding in 1993, Davie Construction Company has been dedicated to providing our clients with quality construction and exceptional general contracting services.  From our ability to pro-actively pursue issues before they become problems to maintaining the owner's original working budget, we deliver a finished product in which we all take pride. These results are achieved by our dedication to our core values: Integrity, Vision, Technology, and Teamwork.  These are the qualities that defined the Company's beginnings and continue to be the values we embrace today.  

Through the Owner and President Carl V. Carney's leadership, the Company has become a well known and respected general contractor in North Carolina and the Southeast.  But our Company's most valuable resource is our people, who carry forth our core values, and long-standing reputation for performance.  Over the last 16 years Davie Construction has been able to attract and retain an outstanding group of professionals to manage the Company.  Hundreds of years of construction experience combined with numerous college degrees in construction related fields have created a construction leader in the industry.  Just like the buildings we erect, our success will continue from a rock-solid foundation—a foundation of Integrity, Vision, Technology and Teamwork.
